Z's rant on new PhysX stuff

Black posted over in the Roachbuddie forums about the new PhysX, which prompted me to take a look at it all. I've read a bunch of stuff and think I have it sorted out. If you want the short and sweet version: if you don't upgrade your computer when Issue 7 hits, your CoH/CoV gameplay should not change.
